We are looking for experienced self-employed private carers to support our homeowners across the Platinum Skies communities in Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire. Each one is a purpose-built community where every home is a short walk from the next.

Across our Platinum Skies communities, homeowners live independently in their own homes, and many benefit from a little extra help to stay that way. That is where Tender Loving Care comes in, and where you come in too.
We work with a trusted network of self-employed private carers who provide personal care, companionship and support directly to our homeowners. It is not agency work. You set your own rate, choose your own hours, and build relationships with clients you will see again and again, rather than a different face every visit.
Six communities, one principle
TLC works across Platinum Skies communities in Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire, ranging from 50 to 200 homes each. Whichever you are closest to, homeowners live close together by design, rather than scattered across a town.

- Full public liability insuranceOr willingness to arrange this
- Enhanced DBS checkOr willingness to obtain one
- Reliable and independentWarm, and comfortable working on your own

- Right to work in the UK
A relevant qualification, such as an NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care, is welcome but not essential if you have solid hands-on experience.
